information cannot be linked to any of this
information. OpenEra Systems Limited also uses
demographic information and profile data
about Clients for these purposes.

Third Party Providers

Clients. The free features of our Services are
funded by our Third Party Providers.

service offered by a Third Party Provider
as part of the OpenEra Systems Limited Services.

Providers when Clients view or access pages, or
view or respond to an advertisement or promotion
offered by one of our Third Party Providers on
this Website, the Sites or Third Party Provider
websites. Collection and use by a Third Party
Provider of any information that is transmitted
to a Third Party Provider will be subject to
such Provider's privacy policy, and OpenEra
Systems Limited has no responsibility or
liability for such independent policies or the
Providers' use of such information. Although we
choose all partners carefully, we advise that
all Clients review a Third Party Provider's
privacy statement prior to registering for or
using their service.
Creation of
anonymous profiles:
OpenEra Systems Limited uses information that it
collects about Clients to create Client
preference profiles that help us attract Third
Party Providers. OpenEra Systems Limited and its
Third Party Providers also use these Member
preference profiles on an anonymous basis to
help them
customise Clients' experiences
at their Sites. Anonymous Member preference
profiles are shared with Third Party Providers,
but unless a Client otherwise expressly elects,
the profiles do not reveal any personally
identifiable information and the Third Party
Provider cannot use them to determine an
individual Member's identity. Any other
information that we share with our Third Party
Providers or that they share with us is shared
ONLY in aggregate form.
Use of cookies:
In order to offer our Services and to better
respond to any problems Clients may experience
with the Services or corporate website, OpenEra
Systems Limited uses
cookies.
Our Service uses
cookies
in two ways. First, we use them to identify
Clients in order for them to use the Site. This
cookie expires at the end of each Client session
unless the Client staff affirmatively
elects to use the "Remember My Password" feature
at the time he first logs in to the Site. We
also use cookies to store and sometimes track
information and record Client preferences. This
information cannot be linked to a Member's
personally identifiable information except for
internal purposes when necessary (to contact a
Member, for example). These cookies are an
integral part of providing the Services. If a
Client Staff's browser does not accept cookies,
the Client Staff cannot use the Services.
Our
corporate website
uses two anonymous
cookies
in order to administer our website and best
serve our visitors. The first is used to track
how visitors have come to our site,
and expires after 24 hours. The second cookie is
used to determine how frequently a visitor or
Member visits our corporate website, and expires
after 1 year. Both of these anonymous cookies do
not include any personally identifiable
information about a site visitor, or Client.
Our Third
Party Providers may also use their own cookies.

cookies, which are subject to the terms of their
own privacy policies.

you. OpenEra Systems Limited exercises great

information and Site Information, and has

Clients do so at their own risk.

certain choices concerning collection and use of

Except for
a few specific instances,
Clients may always elect:
not to transmit any personally identifiable
information to, or use or receive any Service
for which a fee is charged, special service,
product, discount, or promotional communications
from, OpenEra Systems Limited or our Third Party
Providers
to
decline or not use advertisements or services
that require them to transmit certain
information to our Third Party Providers
to
remove their personally identifiable information
from the Site, or to discontinue the Site use
and having all information deleted
Clients can exercise some of these options by
telling us during the registration process or
when they choose to receive or use a specific
advertisement, service or product. Clients can
notify us of a change in their registration
